I can get to the suveys and "take" them but I don't get any credit for them.

Did you try a different browser. Try that like opera, firefox or chrome.

Thank you for that suggestion. I've tried Chrome and FireFox but haven't tried Opera or Vivaldi. I'm going to go try that now. I'll update this post if it works.

Update: So far no credit on FC on Vivaldi -- it's only showing up on the "clicked" offers page or the Tap Rewards page.

 have had not problem with the Tap surveys coming up, just not getting credit for anything I do.    Frustrating to say the least.

Yes, Tap Surveys come up but they don't go thru .. I clicked about 30, and they started the .03 bonus disqual, then it just as fast, quit paying the disqual and just defaulted to PICK A NEW SURVEY !! Very frustrating! Same on all the other sites too!

tapresearch isn't crediting right now and many are having the same issue so it must be a glitch... the 2 instances might be related... let's hope they get it all fixed

I hope we get credited still.

I havent clicked on any bc they werent giving the credit.  I think they are looking into it.  I read on another post....

I had trouble with Tap Research not crediting. I placed a support ticket. It looks like I've been credited

I've read elsewhere in the forums here that this is a normal occurrence at the end of the year. So, it's something to keep in mind for next year at this time. I'm glad it all got sorted out and was very happy to see the credits post this morning. Happy New Year everyone!

I was able to get to the tasks page and get a couple of those done earlier, however now, both the "earn cash" and "FC surveys" pages are down for me. I get an error page. Anyone else?

Yes, tuffys_daughtr, same here -- both "Earn Cash" and "FC Surveys" pages are down.  I tried to pull them up and get the blank, white screen.

Got the feeling FC site is taking time off for the New Year's holiday?
