EXERCISING THOSE BABY FAT?

ANY MOTHERS OUT THERE HAVE ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO LOSE THOSE BABY FAT? ITS SO HARD, I FEEL LIKE I AM GAINING EVEN MORE WEIGHT THAN I SHOULD.  OH MAN, I AM IN TROUBLE!!

I MUST ADMIT IM IN THE SAME BOAT MY BABY IS NOW A FULL 3 YEAR OLD TODDLER AND I STILL HAVE ABOUT 50  POUNDS OF BABY WEIGHT ON ME BUT  I KNOW WALKING IS GOOD AND TRYING NOT TO EAT ANY CARBS AFTER FOUR IS SUSPOSED TO HEPL YOU SO WE WILL SEE HOW IT GOES

I still have fat left over from my youngest (who is now 12).  I guess it's just part of the package!  I can't seem to get rid of that last 5 or 10.
