Picture Bonus Request Still Pending

I wanted to request the Picture Bonus for my latest cashout.   However, when I went to do this request I discovered that I have a PENDING request from 9-10-18 (Cashout ID120632)
 Therefore, I am not able to request the Picture Bonus for my cash out that was just received in November.

Is it normal for the request to still be pending since September?

I still have one pending from September also. Kind of strange considering the forum posting bonus came through within a couple days of putting in for it! Which usually doesn't happen that fast. I, however, do not have another payment posting to do right now, didn't quite make it to cash out status last month but will this month.

The last date payments were authorized/processed by FC -- Sept. 8, 2018.  Typically, 60 days is the turnaround time.  I had hoped to see the Payment Picture Bonus processed around the time of posting the latest cashouts, which were on Nov. 19, but nothing yet?

Mine has been pending, too, and I've got another to submit once I receive it.  Here's hoping....

yep that is normal so all you can really do is wat. Either theres a backup in that or the process just takes a while

My request from September is still pending as well. It doesn't usually take this long.

Is it normal for the request to still be pending since September? Yes, same happened to me and I submitted a ticket.  I got paid shortly after.

Well, I don't think I will submit a ticket unless it goes on for awhile after I get my next cash out payment. I'm just going to be patient for now, it always comes through eventually.
