Still unable to access surveys when using my laptop

It has been 2 months now that I cannot access my surveys using my laptop.  Was told to clear to my cookies and caches and did this on all three laptops that I owe and even tried 4 different browsers.  The ticket was closed yesterday by FC but I submitted a new one right after I cleared my history again.  This makes no sense since I can access them using my IPAD and have been able to cash out the last two months but missing out taking the your surveys as my IPAD will not open them.  Any one ever this problem?

An iPad is a mobile device vice and the surveys are never able to be accessed  from it.

I have been able to complete many of the surveys the last two months using my IPad and cashed out with no problems.  The problem is on my laptops all 3 where the links is not connecting.  Receiving the following message when I use the laptops. 

This page isn’t working
www.fusioncash.net is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I havne't been able to access surveys recently either, but it hasn't been constant.  Sometimes I can get access and other times not. When I click on the survey button, there is not message, just a blank page.

Well, I have a desktop and still cannot get on due to that same HTTP 500 error.

I've gotten tired of complaining about it only to be told it's my system. So, I just stopped contacting support.

Yup me too...but for some reason can still do the email invite ones on desktop.
Night time switch to my android tab and its fine.... ???

Same thing here!  I was told in response to my second support ticket to clear cache and cookies, which, of course, I have already done several times.  Pretty tired of this!  So what is going on with this site?  I think they need to bring in a team of knowledgeable people at this point.

Glad to hear that I am not the only one having this problem.  Was being to think that I was doing something wrong.  The only good thing is that I have been make a little more other sites but not as good as here

I'm having the same problem.  When I try a survey from my laptop i get the error message.

You can access most of the from the IPAD.  This is the only way I have be able to cashout for the last two months.

I also thought that you could not access or complete surveys from an iPad.  Maybe this has changed.

When you attempt to do surveys from your laptops, are you at home and using hardwire?

How did you sign up for Fusion Cash? Did you use a laptop?

I have a desktop and laptop. I can access Fusion Cash surveys from either one but only do it from home and only hardwired.
