I like sites like Fusion better because most of the paid to click sites only pay a penny each and that takes forever to add up. At least this site pays anything from 50 cents to a few dollars per thing.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "free" money... Nothing is free; time is money. Going by those axioms, PTC sites aren't really the best. The way you make a lot of money on those sites is to get a network of referrals under you. Now you can try to get referrals on your own by advertising your link on other sites, but you usually won't get many people signing up. A better option is to set up a website / blog that has links to several different PTC sites. You'll get more refs and on several different sites. But beyond just getting refs, you want to get "good" refs. Having a blog with a bunch of banners may get people to check out the sites, but unless they are also establishing a good base of referrals, they won't be making much money and eventually may just give up. To ensure that those who sign up under you are "good", you need to establish a relationship with them. Putting more info and / or tips on that blog is one way. If you can get them to become regulars on your blog, then when a new site comes along they'll be more apt to sign up under you for that site. `The best refs are those that you've established a personal relationship with. This means having e-mail and / or blog comments / forum conversations with them. If they feel that you are on their side, they will be loyal to you in return. When they are having trouble making money on their own, being there to support them and offer individualized suggestions will keep them in the game. But if you are going through all of this work, you may as well try to earn some extra non-PTC money thru your blog / website. Advertising or becoming an affiliate marketer can get you even more money on the side. Esp. if you become an affiliate for something that gets recurring purchases, your customers become like PTC referrals, except that instead of getting a percentage of a few cents a day, you get a percentage of a few bucks. Before you know it, you are making money not as a member of a PTC site, but as a professional blogger or web-site host.

I think it is just like here.  The real money is with referrals.  Is is the sheer power of being paid for what someone else does.  I would go crazy clicking for pennies if it were not for referrals.  It is easier for me to prod along here with the daily that takes hardly any effort and then pick up a referral here and there and stay active.  That way I know I can cash out at least every other month without spending hours clicking.

There are actually some PTC sites out there that offer .2-.5 a click. While that's not great money, the amount of time you spend can be negated by doing something you normally while doing the clicks, such as listening to podcasts. That said, referrals are the way to go, like previous posters have mentioned, but PTC is still nice pocket change. Plus you don't want to be one of those people that refer people and don't even participate in the product themselves.

I prefer GPT sites over PTC's, because I don't get too many referrals, and its easier to make more money with GPTs. But I do have a few paid email sites that I like, ones that pay more than a penny for each click (like Inbox Dollars, Send Earnings, My Points, etc.) And PTCs are easier to do when you're doing other things, like listening to music. Or if you have odd bits of time where you can get a click or two in.

ClixSense is a good PTC site to have up in one of your browser tabs to check on throughout the day. You can do a quick check every once in a while and end up getting many clicks over the course of the day.

Hmmm....I think you need to read this site's rules about posting links in the forum. Besides, from your description, this thing sounds like one of those too good to be true scams. The site will probably disappear before you can collect any money, leaving you with nothing but a nasty computer virus.

Yah, I would probably try to remove your link because I do not want you to get in trouble by administrators.  Simply leave your email if you'd like people to contact you but please no other site links please : )

I have wondered about why people always warn about viruses at certain types of sites.  I have never had any problems and was under the impression that if you have a good virus protection program there was not much to worry about.  I know even the best virus program isn't always perfect, but you run a risk with everything including opening emails from a friend who may unknowingly have a virus.  Maybe I am just naive, but I think that you only have to worry if you don't have proper virus protection and there are some very good free ones out there.
