I like a cooked whole lobster with drawn butter, so that's my favorite recipe. What's yours? :)

I love crispy country fried chicken. The crunch got to be there it's more important than seasoning but the #1 step is that the chicken meat needs to be done, wow, with the pressure cooker and than the air fryer perfect tools for my recipe for you.   :cat: love it too.

I love making a easy beef burrito skillet recipe.  It's ready in under 20 minutes.

1 lb ground beef
1 1 oz package Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
1 cup of water
1 cup chunky salsa
1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed & drained
4 6 inch Old El Paso flour tortillas, sliced into 1 inch strips
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Brown beed. Drain. Add taco seasoning, water, salsa and beans. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in tortilla strips and then top with cheese. Remove skillet from heat and let cheese melt. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions.  YUM!!
