On your dash board, hit the 'Earn Cash' tab near the top of the page.  then just below that hit the 'Tasks' tab.  We are still in the green section of the page.  'Tasks' is right around the middle of the line of options.

When the task page is opened you will find 'Available Jobs'.  Scroll all the way to the bottom of that page.  There you will find a separate box with the month's top 10.
