If you can get $25 dollars built up 3 times a month, (At least $15 in offers each time), I think you could but why would you want to? You will still get paid once around the 20th of the following month. It's best to cash out once per month toward the end of the month to avoid confusion.

It is all the same money, you can only get paid once a month regardless, you just have to decide where you want to stop and restart at.
