God created man to live forever......not animals.

As much as we didnt want our dog to pass away the 2 hrs we saw of her misery not being able to breathe..it was God sent when she passed in our presence.

This topic started by saying the dog was 18 yrs old and suffering.It was quite a show of mercy to put her to sleep.

If a human has a terminal illness and it looks like they will eventually pass away its a good idea to discuss this ahead of time.Plans fail when there is no consultation,” says the Bible.—Proverbs 15:22.EX-Family and Drs would know ahead of time NOT to resuscitate,give a transfusion etc.

Abortion on the other hand is MURDER in Gods eyes whether one wants the child or NOT!There are other ways to have a clear conscience before God and still save a life.

Linderlizzie, I have the same thoughts and feelings. I have a boxer and a peek-a-poo. My peek-a-poo is 10 years old. Though she is still acts like a puppy, I pray we have a few more years with her. My boxer is 2 years old. Both of my dogs are my world. I would lose it when it is their time to go.
