sometimes you do have to sign up for them again... it hasn't happened to me a lot, but a few times

I've had it happen to me a few times as well. I just go sign up again and I'm start getting them like clockwork.

That has happened a few times to me over the years, I just had to resign up for them. I have also had them going to my spam folder recently.

After having to fix the email issue a couple times, I gave up because I don't get the surveys now.

You don't get the emails at all?
