Sounds like you had a very busy day and deserved a good nap hope your craft fair thing went great. I work about 4 hours a day and with my lupus as soon as I get home I have to lay down I don't necessarily take a nap but I do go to bed around 5 everyday. it's exhausting to have lupus

sleep is sometimes as hard to come by as precious metals in my opinion, i can try to go to bed before 9 and still end up falling asleep at 1 or 2
