Check this thread http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?topic=3464.0, it has all the details you need.
In short, you have to make atleast 30 contributory posts in a month (1st-30th/31st) and then you can claim your bonus using the form provided in the above link. And the rest is done by the FC admin.  :thumbsup:
You get paid the next month (for september you claim in Oct and you will be paid within 2-3weeks).

Click on the above thread and IME I get credited for the bonus around the time I get paid.
