8" of Snow
« on: March 24, 2018, 01:27:38 pm »
Yesterday our yard was almost clear of snow....maybe a little pile in the shade was left.

This morning, 8" of wet heavy snow graced the area.  It is beautiful.  It is melting like crazy already though even though the temperature is hovering at 32 - 33.

I invited my 17 year old granddaughter over to help me do some snow sculptures.....gotta go!

No snow in my area just rain, cold and wet.  Sounds like you and your granddaughter will have fun in the snow.  Have a great time.  :) :) :) :)

Yikes! This winter has been bad even in Florida. We have ups and downs here, but at least no snow. I don't miss it either being from Chicago.

Weather is fun.  I'm in Michigan where if can be like snowing in the middle of the day and then raining at night.  It's entertaining to watch the weatherman try their best to guess what the weather is going to be and immediately know it's probably going to be wrong.  Occasionally they get it right, but so many times I wonder why they can't get the weather right.

Oh how nice!  Our snow on the mountains has already melted away.

It's  80' here today.  I'm excited about taking a run later tonight :)

Here in Portland, we get maybe 6 inches of snow. In the mountains a ton of it!  Mostly rain like Seattle.
