Have you ever given blood ?  I used to but my illness has me not being able to !

I can never give blood because of the trait that I have in my blood, people with SCD, my blood would be harmful to them.

I tried to give blood, would be cool to get that give gallons of blood on the car license plate frame. but I have some kind of pain, so no I would hate to give it to a baby geez

This is a great day. I've given blood off and on before. It's wonderful to be able to help other people, give a little back.

my husband just gave blood Sunday, he has type O that they really want

Can't get blood out of a Turnip....or a Radish! 

Haven't given any blood in awhile.
Did use to sell my plasma and been thinking about it again...can get $400 a month if you go twice a week in my area...but keep putting it off....

I used to give 4 times a year. But since I  caught HepC, even though I am tested every so often and it is under control I am not allowed to give it anymore. Bummer. 7 of us caught it at the same time at a certain hospital under going  the same procedure. Needless to say they were closed down in that department for quite awhile. Infact I don't know if they were ever  allowed to open again. I don't live near there any more.

i give platelets since i can give more often to date i have done this 213 times

Yes, I have given blood. I had to cut down on doing so for now because my brain has already had a shortage or lack of blood flow from my thinking too hard out of struggling with enhancing my reasoning abilities. When I know that my head is fully restored, I’ll go back to giving blood up to as often as every eight ( weeks. The sad thing is, hardly anybody who totally qualifies to give blood in my country actually does so!
