Last Flea Market I went to was Englishtown NJ which was 1 and a half years ago, great way to kill a day as a buyer and great deals but as a seller it's a task(have to pack the truck up full the day before which takes hours then leave at 4:30 am to be there at 6:00 am and you  until 3:00 pm to sell then you have to pack up and be gone by 5:00 pm) Some days you can do great and others it's a loss(tolls 2 ways, gas, food, time, table fee(s)   I decided to just give stuff away to the Salvation Army, libraries, friends instead of that hassle and do this(you can lie in bed and relax,no temptation to spend your earnings  either).

I love to go to yard sales. You can find a lot of interesting things. Someones trash is someone elses treasure. :)

I don't really go to yard sales, but I like to have one of my own.  Its fun to talk to people who stop by and make a few extra bucks.

I wish I took more time with yard sales.

I often don't think about them until I am passing them, and in a hurry to get someplace else.

I have to make some time for those. Great opportunities often.

Thanks for the reminder.

My sis and I are so anxious for Spring to get here so we can do more yard sale-ing!! She is semi-retired now and only works 1 or 2 days a week and I'm going down to 2 or 3 days a week soon. We have an online business that keeps us busy and we resale a lot of what bargains we find at yard sales. We keep track of what we spend and what we make on the re-sale! It's a lot of work but also so very fun!!
