what's scared you most in your life ?

a few things...roller coasters...anything high...found out my daughter was hitchhiking on the interstate when she was a teenager..i was so mad because i was so scared of what could have happened..still makes me mad to this day and its been about 25 years..

Not knowing years ago if I was going to have any children, had a miscarriage and then 20 years I had a daughter, but things are in God's hand, he is in control, so he hasn't given us the spirit of fear.

The scariest thing that ever happened to me happened when my baby girl was about 1 1/2. We were having a lovely summer picnic in the park with my girlfriend and her baby who was about the same age. My girlfriend and I got to talking and I completely forgot about my daughter, who I thought was right next to me playing in a sandbox. She had
actually tottered out onto a main 4 lane road and was happily walking down it all by herself. I ran out into the road to
get her, completely ignoring all traffic because I was so terrified. The traffic totally stopped in time and everything was OK but there is nothing worse than motherhood terror in my opinion.

My daughter almost died of spinal meninghitis many years ago.

I was an athiest. In desperation, I prayed for the first time in my life.

Moments later, she came out of her coma. 

Years, later, after reading the book of John in the bible, I realized God had used that to bring me to Himself.

She  was only 5, and the doctor expected her to die that day.

This momma's first prayer, defiantly spoken to a God I did not believe existed, and yet He answered me.

Praise the Lord, he turned terror into triumph!!
