Having a surplus of items that last awhile or are staples is always a good idea, especially if you can catch a sale. It can save a lot of hassle. It can save gas and time. It's a great idea.

We try not to stockpile too much stuff since we live in condo and dont have much space. But we do buy Costco size toilet paper, paper towels, canned goods, and cleaning supplies.

I am never out of toilet paper or paper towels.  Toilet paper especially.  Would hate to run out of that more than anything else lol
