Get some relief from otc medications and take a lot of zink.  You should start the zink as soon as you feel the cold coming on.

I HAVE CRONIC allergies  so a stuffed nose. Ive tried everything some work ok others not at all. Havent had a cold in a year or more the allergies are bad enough. google  how to get rid of colds and get ideas from that. feel better.

Man, it seems like this cold will linger on forever! Had ANOTHER relapse! Now I'm getting a stuffy nose all over again. Hopefully this will be the end of it!

'tis the season unfortunately....I was sick for almost two weeks at the start of the month....swollen lymph nodes, cold, etc....glad that I'm finally feeling better...hope you do the same..

I had one in October when I was on a trip. It could have been much worse then it was. I get mine every October like clockwork.

I lost 5 pounds or so from having stomach flu this week. That was a rough one, I am still out of whack. I need to step up my habit of washing my hands as soon as I come home from anywhere.
