Where is FusionCash?

It has been about 4 days since my cashout was approved, and the check is a no show. I live in Florida, maybe it has something to do with location??? Thievery maybe? (A dumb thief at that!) So the big question is, where is FusionCash's main headquarters? Or at least where do they send the checks from? I was looking forward to buying a nexon card to get pets in Mabinogi, whom which you are advetising as an offer and I thank you for that  ... But I haven't recieved check. I'm sorry if I sound rude and impatient, but I've been waiting weeks to get a nexon card  

P.S. I tried the bot. Here is my conversation with it:

I'll admit this, but I had my brother sign up and refer to me about 3 times because his old account kept getting banned, and he owed me $10. I didn't know about the one member per household until I actually READ the terms of agreement. (I first skimmed through it when I signed up). And so, those $4 were declined. I'm happy they found out, I don't like breaking rules or laws

Usually the cashout is declined and the money is dumped back into the account until the user reaches the 25 dollar cashout - apparently this one got through.

BTW, you don't have to worry about forgery.  Even if someone made a 100% perfect copy of a check, it would be automatically refused by our bank.  They only honor checks that are on a list sent to them by us beforehand.
