I'm not hugely interested, but I don't get the attitude of looking down on a sport because it's too violent. If it's two voluntarily competing athletes, what's the problem.

I prefer other sports like basketball and volleyball. Those fighters are all tough now but wait until they retired and the future damage it will take a toll on their brain and body. Some people never learn what they do now to their body will definitely impact their future. I have any uncle who used to be a boxer, he had so much health problem after he retired. He died from Alzheimer. but had tons of arthritic joint problems.
