Naps   I'd over sleep and get fired   It'll be easy to get used to if you like your job

That's a reason snooze buttons should get banned!

Take supplements.  Eat enough healthy food.  Drink plenty of water. Do your best to leave work at work and make sure you get enough sleep.  Good luck with your new opportunity.

Have a great day!

Congratulations on getting a full time position.  It may take a little while to get used to the extra hours but if you try to get plenty of sleep it will help with the tiredness.  It is just a matter of your body adjusting to your new schedule.

I've been working full time all my working life, and I'm still not used to it, LOL! Actually, I guess I got soft, because I had a cake job for 6 years, and now I got moved to a job that's much harder physically. I think time is really the only thing that gets a person used to working full time.

Make sure you get the proper rest so you will be alert.  The more you go to work the easier it will be because it will become a habit but you will enjoy the off days.

I just started my new job today. This is the first time that I have worked full time in my life and it is more exhausting than I thought it would be. Any advice for adjusting to a full-time work schedule?

Hello! :D  :)

Congratulations on your full time position, yes I know it can be very difficult. I too have had an increase stream of work, I've been very tired. I find the best solution is getting in as much sleep as possible, have a great day! :rose:

Yay and congrats on your new job.  It has been quite some time since I have been gainfully employed.
