Sometimes everything can be going right in your life and then within seconds your life changes. Life is like a never ending roller coaster with so many ups and down you are left with your head spinning. However I'm learning to be more optimistic as stress only create more problems. Hope all of your life is going good.

Your post made me think about Texas. One week every thing can be normal, going to work, school etc. and one storm changes everything. I wish them the best because that is a lot to deal with.

I am really not happy, I am sad today. today 8/23/2017 in my town a psychotic psychopath was arrested, just down my street with Hurricane Harvey disaster mess.

you are right, it is very important and necessary to keep a positive choose not to dwell on the negative.  Life is not easy but if you try to stay positive it will make things a little better.

Your post made me think of my Son who is out on a church Mission. He left at the beginning of this month and is learning Spanish in Mexico before he heads to Michigan. I also consider the people of Texas and what they are dealing with. I think life is choice life is choices may they always be good ones. Stress can take a toll on a person but doing something for someone else out of love can take that stress away. Just enjoy the moment and do something good to someone to take your stress away.
