Video Lab

Has anyone had the following message when trying to view Video Lab?

"We are very sorry!
but this IP is not approved for Videolab at the moment. Please try again in a couple of minutes or try from a different IP."

I had only watched 2 or 3 of these twice a few days ago and it was fine now I get that message and am wondering what causes it or what the problem is.

Video Lab has been at late having viewing problems, you go and click on the tab and it comes back saying having error or technical problems, but it doesn't work after coming back to continue with the video, it will start and then stops right in the mist of viewing the video.
