I have a bit of a lower belly bump, what exercise can I do to lose it?

First of all, try and adjust your diet. Also, interval training (or HIIT) can be very effective, plus regular strength training. Pilates can also help you. You can find a lot of routines on YouTube. My favorite is Jessica Smith (jessicasmithtv) on YouTube as she has thousands of free workouts that are doable. Good luck with your journey!

Leslie Sansone has tons of amazing walking workouts that most people can do as well.

Thanks I will go to YouTube. I also ride a stationary bike will that help?

A lower impact would be good if you have medical problems.My husband lost 6lb in 2month with PiYo.
