You can always try again in a few hours after logging out and logging in again. It tends to change and be intermittent in working, but I usually count on it to make my 5 cents each day for PTC. Keep trying and the problem should resolve itself.

Mine is not working now and hasn't worked for a couple of weeks.  When I click on it, it acts like it is going to load but I only get a white screen.
