Coughing/Sinus issues

Anyone else coughing and dealing with sinus issues? The coughing
is the worst part. Also, what are you taking to help your issues? I
take Mucinex at night for cough and either allegra or generic flonase in the day
along with a lot of cough drops, hot green tea, hot water and fresh lemon.
