I'm only at $2.22 for the month, so I definitely won't be cashing out. I primarily do videos, so since they've been dry (and video lab runs but doesn't credit for me) I don't think I will be cashing out next month either.  :/

They also need to do accounting. No (smart) business will just let money stay in limbo forever until people decide to actually take the money the company has received to payout.

My last cash out request was made at the beginning of May.  That being said, it is pending until June.  In the meantime, I am working toward my next request which hopefully will be made at the end of June and credited in July.
