What type of grill do you use, gas, charcoal, electric, or a smoker?

I have two reg. grills i use charcoal in. One big Webber and one little table top one i got with survey gift cards from Amazon.  I use only lump coal, if you have never used it, give it a try its natural wood without all that nasty stuff in it, I also never use lighter fluid and use a Charcoal Chimney with some news paper balled up. Lump coal is great but "heads up" it burns hotter and faster it seems, so its best to keep a eye on stuff till you get used to using it.

I have used a Traeger hardwood pellet grill (on my second one) for over 20 years and would never even consider anything else.
