I never buy books when I can get them from the library for free.  I prefer to read them in physical form instead of online.

I have never used kindle, but I've always been so attached to the tangibility of the printed page. I adore owning books that I can place on the bookshelf on display, pick them up, and flip through them. The physical copy for me is extremely important, so I'd never even be able to consider a kindle, as much as I acknowledge it is a convenient and innovative piece of technology.

I hope printed books will never become outdated.

I am a fan of ebooks - especially the ePub format. I love the concept of having all the books at one place at my disposal. Sadly, not everything is in the ebook format and I still have to rely on buying a paperback at the very least. Also, if I am picking something up at the library, their ebook variety is limited.

Sometimes, I want to read a book cuz seeing the words on screen is like cheating the experience of reading book! I can get lost in the pages, while on screen you'll be distracted by ads & pop- UPS, commercials! While reading a book you can close your tired eyes maybe catch a few zzzzzz; on screen your eyes get irritated & it might seeing eye problems. A book you can feel the texture of the book's cover. The sent of an old book can bring back childhood memories & the new smell of a new book brings new hope. Yah, let's not forget how a book feels in our hands!

I don't read as much as I'd like to, but when I do, I prefer the feel of a book in my hands. I don't think anything will ever replace the joy of turning page after page.

Some books are so boring...I do not even touch them. Some books are a nuisance...a health hazard.

I am an avid reader.  I have several novels and hardback books that are a treasure to me.  I do use my Kindle now because it is lighter to carry and user friendly.

I prefer physical books. They're just what I've been used to for years and haven't had any serious concerns about them.

As a librarian, I have always appreciated a physical book with paper pages and ink.  Then I got a Kindle for my birthday and I found that a book reads the same, no matter the format.  However, I must add, that people who read paper books and fold the corner of a page to mark their spot instead of using a bookmark, are the devil's spawn.

I don't want to read a book with a gadget.

I read non-fiction....from gardening, health, history, political science etc.

I like to underline passages that I want to keep track of.

Also, easier on the eyes, after looking at phones, and internet for a length of time.  My eyes get tired.
