If you are asking whether you need some special authorization to join and make money on fusioncash.net, no you would not that I know of. Just create and account and there you go.

Not sure what you're asking, but perhaps the below, taken from the FC TOS might help:

"iii.  Users must reside in the United States of America, or Canada. For US users, only those residing in one of the 50 states or District of Columbia are eligible; additionally, territories and APOs/FPOs are not eligible."

You don't need authorization yes but for a cash out you do need to show FC proof of who you are i remember having to do that on my first cast out

Hey,

I decided to let my money build up before my first attempt to cash out.

I was not able to cash out at the end of January because they said I needed to fill out a W-9 form. Once I filled out the form they could not verify my info, and said I needed to do a fax identification method instead.

The process for the fax identification method is not posted anywhere on the site.

I sent in a support ticket over a week ago and have also tried calling the number that I found on Google, but still no help nor response.

I just want to be able to cash out before I loose funds.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how does their support staff system operate?

What is their normal response time to a "Support Ticket"?

Thanks in advance to anyone that have information.
