What are you doing today?

I worked 7-7; came home and ate supper with my husband and then cuddled on the couch together til he had to go to work the overnight shift.  I got to hold my one month old granddaughter for awhile while her mommy went to the store.  Only a little time spent with the two year grandson tonight.

Went to work today. Finally got home on time...been staying lately.  Now trying to get my posts in on FC.

I am work today and everyday.  Monday-Friday.

Thursdays are my shopping days all the stores in the town i live give  5% to 10% off for people over 55. Town is really small pop. 2800  and the town is rocking with the gray hairs today me included, it's insane in the summers as all the snow birds return from the south. I live 3 miles from the town they say the movies Grumpy Old men was filmed (Wasn't)  I'm so lucky to live right on the Mississippi River the view is second to non and the eagles play in my front yard.  Only bad part is the people come to take pictures of the birds and drive my poor dog nuts as they walk threw my yard and turn around in my drive way. Last year i figured the greatest trick,  i had a old garden hose with holes in my shed and i put it out on my drive way.  WORKED   no one turns around in the drive because they don't want to run over my hose hahahahahah  All my friends know so we all just drive on it.  Tuff in the winter they might figure me out!
