To answer Misscreep's question, it took me  two months of work to reach payout this time.  I varied, depending upon what offers you do, how much they pay, and if you do surveys and they are accepted.

I would hope to make payout again next month, not sure if I will, just keeping my fingers crossed and doing the work.

Paypal has been great!  I got my cash out on the 19th.  Then I transferred it to my bank on the same day.  It probably hit my bank account the same day or the next.  Today, the 21st, I drew cash out of my account and went shopping.  Part of my FC cash out has already been spent.
