I take 8 vitamins and supplements every day including vitamins B, C, D, and E as well as chrondroitin for joint health, biotin for strong hair and nails, calcium for bones and fish oil.

i take hair skin and nails,vit d and calcium per dr due to milk allergies,turmeric for my osteoarthritis,b vitamins
