some vitamins and minerals come in cream form.
natural oils are rich in vitamins.
It's ridiculous that manufacturers make those giant "horse" pills for potassium.
I'll bet a lot of people choke on those and lose the benefit.
It would be a good idea to crush them or make them chew able.
I've seen a lady being rescued from choking on a potassium pill.

I didn't know that some vitamins come in cream.  I mean it makes since... there is aloe straight from the plant.  My husbands Dr. told him he would have to eat bushels of banana's to get the required potassium our bodies needed.  When my Mom's potassium levels drop dangerously low she was told to drink Gatorade.  Since then if she's drinking it regularly she doesn't get woozy any more.

When I saw cream. I was thinking of the song by Prince. That is weird because I am not a Prince fan.

I take a multi-vitamin daily and it is pretty big although swallowing even kind of big pills doesn't seem to bother me.  Now as for potassium I try to get that from food like banana's and other fruits and veggies that contain potassium.

I like coconut water for potassium. Works really well for me in the afternoon when I feel like I need a little something extra. I also take a multivitamin every day.
