With all the new laws on hazard there are so many additional charges.  We had to get of a TV and took it to Best Buy for disposal and they charged $100 to get rid of it.  Even the recycle plant by us would not take it. 

That is why you put it in a trash bag and take it to the dump and throw it in the bin.

Yea they get you one way or another and I bet you can't take back old paint there but if they are going to charge you a recycle fee they ought to ............ hey when I go into Lowe's I am going to ask.

Lowe's doesn't charge that and they won't take back old paint.  And if they did they would just throw it in the big trash bin in the back of the store.  Most likely they would tell you to just throw it in the dump yourself.
