What are you planning for this father's day week?

Happy Early father's day to those that are fathers?

Taking my husband out for a Father's day brunch with our son and then relaxing at home. Going out is over rated any more! :) Enjoy! :)

Change of plans... I made a big breakfast for champions which included scrambled eggs, french toast and tater tots, gave the boys a buzz cut and now we are off to go miniature golfing! Should be fun and a HOT day!! lol

No Fathers are alive here. A couple of neighbors having parties. I have a lot of food here, we are thinking about our fathers. Happy Fathers Day.

I had to work yesterday and my Father passed away 28 years ago.  I posted his army picture on facebook and wished him a Happy Fathers day.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. ;)

My father is deceased, so I had a normal, quiet day.

We celebrated Father's Day weekend with our annual family picnic at the city park.   From there, we went to the farm and Dad got out his restored John Deere tractors for us kids, our kids, and our kids' kids to drive!

Great memories were made!

My son was in back to back lacrosse tournaments which rocked my world. I called my step father and wished him a happy fathers day.  We had sent him some popcorn from a great place in Chicago. We picked up my daughter and had a barbecue and then I drove my son to the airport for another tournament. My daughter dished up a little attitude because I had to work ten minutes longer then stated so I let my wife drive her back to school. Kids in high school and college tend to be a bit more entitled, have adapted to a more freedom filled lifestyle and I don't have patience for it.  She texted me late in the evening and apologized and I made off like nothing happened.  They will be dealing with their own children and, hopefully, come to realize how good they had it.

No daddy anymore. Miss him, but he's up in heaven and I tell him I love him sometimes.

He died on Father's Day in 2001.

No father here, either!  Father's Day makes me so sad I usually don't do anything.  I normally just volunteer to work, so the people that are lucky enough to still have their father, are able to spend the day with him while they can!
