Was The color of coke green,when it 1st came out?

How do you think of that? I don't really know and I'm curious too, but I can ask the coke people next time I go to the Coke World.

No it was always the same color as it is today.

Ya I'm pretty sure it's always been the same color.. I've seen some pretty old commercials for coke, and something about the history of coke and I've never seen it green.  The only difference was the cocaine which used to be in it.

Go to Coke's websit. There used to be a link to learn about its history. To my knowledge it has always been dark brown/black, but who knows. I was not around when it first came out.
