Video Not Crediteding

There are two 3 cent videos right now. Watch Content Carrausel and Video Engage. It is a gamble whether either of these will credit. You go through the 90 seconds of information then after clicking close go to the captcha screen which stays in an endless loop. Sometimes you get the images up to do the captcha other times it will just place a check mark. You click the button and it just returns you to the same verification screen. Questions, are they aware of these issues? Do they read the forums?

Today after just running through the captcha about a dozen or so times I got Watch Content Carrausel to credit, not Video Engage. I read someone recently said why complain here instead put in a ticket. Isn't this supposed to be an informal way of submitting issues. This is the Support forum, right?

Lately I haven't gotten one to credit here since the issue started. I have on other sites though despite the captcha relooping you back to the same page.

Really a bummer after having finished watching those videos and having this do this.

These videos have been spotty. Sometimes they credit and other times they do not.

Hint: When you finish and close, you get the captcha. You  click on I am not a robot and it will take you to pictures. Pick the right ones, then submit. You are then taken back to the I am not a robot page. Finish that one and enter. You will be taken to another I am not a robot page without the boxes checked.  Do NOT CHECK any boxes.  Just click off and the video page blackens.

That might help.  For me, it has been a hit or a miss but I am getting some of these videos to credit.

These pretty much credit for me without doing the captcha.  I do not make $1.50 per day like it says you can.  After doing a few, it will come to a stop and then start over again in an hour or so.

So those that get credit for videos with the captcha,  what browser and os do you use?

I run Windows 7 professional w/ Google Crome, and windows 10 w/ Google Crome. I have tried this on IE with the same result. Endless looping of the captcha with a hit or miss, mostly miss on crediting.

Yes the videos are hit or miss now, especially the 3 cent videos. I think yesterday I got credit for it twice and today when I did it, I didn't receive credit for it.

I've been able to get credit for at least 2 a day of the 50x a day one, but not the Video Engage one.

Why only two when we're supposed to be able to do them 50x a day? After the 2nd one, when I try to do this video the 3rd time, it goes straight to the captcha after clicking on Launch Video and when I check the info it's asking for, it closes and that's it. No videos. I quick, not even a second, blackout and done. No credit.

yes there are a couple of videos like that, sometimes they credit sometimes they don't. I usually
stick to the HYPERMX videos

There haven't been many carousel videos. I can get maybe 3 carousel videos, and then there is a popup that says no more offers available.

Last week the 2-cent carousel videos that say you can do them 50x, credited fine for me. But this week, all I get is "there are no videos available." Nothing else works for me except HyperMX, and I only get a couple of those a day. Looks like it's gonna be another slow month.
