I cut mines in half and added a sprinkle of tiny sugar on it then I spooned it. It does have that bitter after taste to it that sometimes I don't like but other than that it is a very healthy fruit.

I used to eat grapefruit here and there, but they are a little too bitter for me. I prefer fruits with a sweeter taste. Just had a big bowl of juicy raspberries and blueberries the other day.  :in-love:

I haven't ate grapefruit in a while. I like the ruby red version. I always hope it's on the sweet side!

I was taught to cut out the sections. Never peeled one, although I may have to try.
