Been to Manhattan Island??

Nope, never been. Good idea to have what to see agenda. It is not on my friends bucket list, maybe I put it on.

I've never been, but if I did, I'd do a google search for "must do in manhattan island" and see what comes up. Or check out yelp and see what has great reviews. That might be a good start. Have fun on your trip.

I'm from NY and I can tell you there are many places to see and go - like the Statute of Liberty, the museum that now stands where the Twin Towers were, the museum of Natural History, the Guggenheim museum, the "Great White Way" and don't forget to take in a play or even go to Radio City Music Hall.  Your best bet is to plan your trip accordingly by maybe using a map of the City.  Good luck, and have a blast!!

Visiting NY City has never been an interest to me.  Too many people!!  I would go if I won a trip but I wouldn't spend my money to visit there.  I have driven through NY State and found it very pretty.

There are so many things to see, Statue of Liberty, Twin Towers memorial, Ellis Island, Some of the great shops, Jewerly etc, Wall Street, many great restaurants.   Of course there is Broadway. Check out the shows playing and see if you can get a ticket to see it.  I don't live in New York I live in PA but have been there countless times and enjoy each visit.  Have a blast, but seriously be careful and watch your money there are pickpockets and don't buy too much from street vendors.
