How was your easter ?what did you guys for easter?what did you cook? We had turkey,dressing,mac an cheese ,green beans,cabbage, man it was beautiful.

We had Ham and Scalloped Potatoes with all the goodies, but the grandkids got most excited over the Jello Eggs my wife made with extra jiggly Jello in a mold.

We had a very quiet Easter this year without the grandkids. BOOHOO! We went to a restaurant to eat.  It was all good though.

Work then spent a few hours in the hospital with my dad as he goes through cancer treatments.

We had corn mashed potatoes ham green beans and turkey and rolls at a friends house. We had a easter egg hunt for the kids alsoi

Ham, sweet and mashed potatoes, corn, potato salad, asparagus, rolls, apple pie, pecan pie, ice cream.   Good meal, with great friends and families.
