I like both. But it depends on how I feel. Although i like my steaks, I like salmon or parrot fish steamed.

I'll take a nice medium rare juicy steak over fish any day but I also like fish and chips and tuna fish. Of course, the fish is much better for you than the red meat is, but the red meat tastes so darn good, especially with fries and cole slaw. Yummy!

I prefer fish, do not eat a lot of red meat at all; I also like poultry. When I eat red meat I prefer to grill or broil  rather then fry
seems healthier that way.

I love steak only red meat I really like. Although I would rather eat fish crab, salmon, tuna, lobster, mussels, oysters, and shrimp. Any type of fish I have tried has been good. I am sure it is much healthier for you.

I prefer red meat over fish, but I try to limit the red meat, and go with chicken instead. I do like fish occasionally but I really have to be in the right mood for it. Shrimp now, is another story, I am usually always in the mood for shrimp.

I agree. I try to avoid lots of red meats, but I love chicken and fish.

I do not eat fish at all .. can't stand the stuff so my preference is red meat, chicken or pork

I enjoy red meats for the most part. If meat was going to be a regular diet I'd lean towards a more fish focused protein.
