Some of them are a little tricky but the ones on the daily emails are the easiest. I haven't had trouble with the daily email captchas yet.

I don't have any problems with them and choose which ones I want to do sometimes

I haven't had any trouble submitting captchas in a long time. I only have trouble with most of the videos.

I don't have any issues with the captchas and never have to refresh the page. The ones I get are always clear. I've always wondered why some people have issues with them and why some don't. I hope it gets resolved.

The reCaptchas are easier. For those, you just have to click on photos of the named item. I think they might switch overto reCaptchas gradually, I see them more and more (carousel videos), not the PTC though.

I don't think it's just your eyes. A lot of mine have been so broken up when it just shows the phrase that I can barely  make it out but usually only have to refresh once to get the one I can read.

Sometimes, but I generally do not have to do it more then once, don't think it's your eyesight some are just a little to figure out; I especially have trouble with ones where the words seem to be overlapping and I just cannot figure it out, so I simply refresh my browser and that usually works for me; hope this help you some.
