The 49ers were pretty bad this year maybe Chip Kelly can revitalize them. Colin Kapernick definitely needs help.

He's not a bad coach. He was trying trying to force his method to work on a team and wasn't successful. He might do better with another team that's better suited with his style or he might just need to go back to college. Success at one level doesn't always mean you'll be good with the higher level

He turned the Eagles around in Philly. His downfall was taking control of the personnel decisions.  Nothing wrong with his coaching.

I think he is just trying to get closer to Oregon and I don't blame him. Once you live here, any place else won't cut it.
