sometimes, if you like the taste, eating something that is good for you is easier.
you can talk yourself into it.
then, it's mind over matter.
I like  flavored chewables - chew able vitamin D, probiotic.

It's interesting to me how my tastes have changed as I have gotten older.  There are many things I love now that I hated as a child.  Sometimes you have to acquire a taste.  One that has never changed is coconut.  Never have liked it.

I didn't eat anything as a child except fried chicken, mashed potatoes and chocolate ice-cream.  Eating was a trial for me. I was very skinny. I weighed 96 pounds when I got married, and I'm 5' 4" tall!

Now I eat almost everything and I really love eating. I feel so blessed to have so many things to eat whenever I want. I'd rather not mention what my weight is now. It's not terrible. Just nothing to brag about. 

P.S. I love coconut so I always get the coconut candy because no one else will eat it. For the life of me, I cannot understand why.

I used to don't like cheese and milk but not a long time ago I just starting to like it and its really good.
