What is that!  okay...a delicious thick, French-style soup made from potatoes, cream, chicken stock, leeks, and onions. Hay...I have had this before and it had a name  :kiss:  :o ;D and has a French name but was invented in America. ::) So try some today and have a good Vichyssoise day, say Vichyssoise, three times lol. Have a gr8 day I only wish happiness for you  :present:

Since every day seems to be some kind of day I guess vichyssoise is entitled to their day.  I have never tasted it but it doesn't sound too bad.
