cold season

I do my very best to keep myself healthy.
Still, there are times when I  catch a cold. [ there maybe some reason they refer to "catching a cold" ] it catches you.
Some people go through a few boxes of Kleenexes when they have a cold.
sometimes, if your nose is running, you don't care what you use, as long as it's soft.
Men can buy good quality handkerchiefs. Women can buy delicate handkerchiefs.
I don't know why there should be a difference there, but there is.
When you've got to blow your nose, you want something soft and sturdy.

I do my best to try & stay healthy too...but it doesn't work for me.  I've already had a head cold, flu,  a "unknown virus", a second cold with a sore throat and a bad sinus infection all since October.  The job I have doesn't help...many there are sick.

with my lupus every time the weather changes i get sick --and i hate it --i have to take so much medicine and vitamins to try to stay healthy --i sure hope very stays healthy and safe !
