I find it hard to meditate for half an hour while I soak my feet.
I seem to forget the book I am reading.
Years ago in the 1980's, I liked to meditate.

I tried meditating once. It can be difficult. Have you ever tried listening to soothing sounds or videos?

i wish i could learn to meditate but i cant wrap my mind around it there is always something distracting me --my kids--the dogs --the phone--something --

I recently read an article about some of the most successful people using meditation in their daily lives. I've tried to incorporate it when I get stressed or have a difficult decision. I've noticed if I can at least meditate for 1-5 minutes it's very helpful.

i used to meditate during yoga class, but haven't for a long time. It was so relaxing, and I felt so good afterwards. i should try to get into the habit again.

Sometimes it's hard to meditate. Try using hypnosis CDs. It may help.

Selfeggio Frequencies are amazing! Google it, mostly on youtube.com. If you start listening, you will get hooked immediately. They are tones and they have one for almost every problem area. Try it out and let me know how you like it.  :)
