Why is candy so addictive

halloween is a time for candy, i remeber when i use to trick or treat, right here in los angeles

Probably all the sugar, which most kids love to strive on and it's makes them so hyper!

We have so much Halloween Candy because it was raining and we didn't have that many trick or treaters and I am always grabbing candy while heading out the door.

Yess it is! Then they mark it all down and you just have to buy more! LOL.

Because when we taste sugar it sets off endorphins in our brain and we want to keep getting that same endorphin high so we eat more and more.

candy stop being addicting after you start craving real food. i try to only eat it a couple pieces at a time.
