what do all those letters mean?

all those letters probably mean "i'm a real idiot,
here goes my thirty posts..."     :P

to answer the question: first, just clicking the offer won't
earn you the credit. credit comes after you signup for the
site being offered, and confirming your email is usually
a second step in the process.

i'm not sure how inboxdollars works, but if you're already
signed up for it, is it with the same email that you use for
fusioncash?? everything is tied to your email address here
for receiving credit.

so, in order to receive credit from FC by joining another
site that you're already a member of, you'd have to sign
up on that site again, using your same FC email address.
(I THINK, lol)

If you're already a member, you probably won't get credit because even if you tried to sign up again with a different e-mail, inboxdollars would probably bust you. So I guess you just miss out this time unfortunately.  :-
